MSA Team is USA Swimming certified, which is what makes the times count and the meets available.
A USA Swimming certified competitive team with weekly practices and a meet calendar that runs from the local level to Junior Olympics, Nationals and beyond. All ages, all abilities.
USA Swimming certified · year-round practices · meets from local level to Nationals.
Vaquitas and Seals are the last two rungs of the learn-to-swim ladder, and they exist to hand a swimmer over to the team ready. By the time a child gets there, the strokes are legal and the turns are honest — what changes on the team is the volume, the clock and the calendar.
The team trains at the Bravo pools, where the lanes are full length: Florida International University in North Miami, and the Miramar Aquatic Complex. Our aim is an environment that encourages, enables and inspires excellence through constant improvement.

Practices run year round rather than in terms, alongside a seasonal lesson program for swimmers still coming up.
Training happens at Bravo Swimming — FIU in North Miami and the Miramar Aquatic Complex — on the same deck as the lesson program.
Around nine in ten of our regular swimmers reach team entry level. Vaquitas and Seals are the two levels that get them there.
Part of the same 11-level progression the whole school runs on, so nobody starts again when they move.
Swimmers join the team by conversation rather than a sign-up form. Tell us their age and their best times, if they have any.
