Mommy (Or Daddy) & Me Classes

A child spends their first nine months of development in water. Research has shown that babies take naturally to water, which makes a mommy and me class an ideal experience for the parent and the child. This class is designed to be a gentle and reassuring experience for the child who is starting to explore their new surroundings on this side of the womb.
