Registration, and how billing works

One charge to join, then a monthly tuition for a slot that stays yours. Below is exactly what happens on your card and on your calendar.

A one-time $50 registration per family — one charge, however many children you enrol.

Three steps

From call to first lesson

Enrolment runs in one order, and the whole thing can happen in a single phone call.

Step 1: Find the level

Answer three questions in the finder, or call and we place your child from their age and what they can already do in water.

Step 2: Register the family

A one-time $50 fee holds a new swimmer's place. One charge per family, however many children you enrol.

Step 3: Take the weekly slot

Monthly tiers cover four lessons at the same time each week. That slot stays yours for as long as you are enrolled.

The fine print, in plain words

What happens on the 25th

Billed on the 25th

The card on file is charged on the 25th of each month for the month ahead. A reminder goes out on the 20th, so the charge is never a surprise.

Holidays are prorated

When a holiday or a closure lands on your swim day, that month's tuition is adjusted for it.

Make-ups are free

Tell us 24 hours ahead and the lesson moves to another slot at no charge, as often as life needs it to.

Leaving keeps your balance

Email or call and we close the enrolment. Lessons already paid for stay on the account as credit, and the balance can move to a sibling or another family member.

Come visit

The best way to know if we're right for your family — is to come swim.

Bring your kid, the goggles, and 30 minutes of curiosity — we'll match them to the right level on day one.
