Pool Tour

Take a peek — before you visit

Standalone facility, glass walls, and an indoor pool held at 90°F.

The indoor pool from the deck: a two-storey wall of glass onto tropical greenery, coloured stools along the tiled edge, a lane rope down the middle, and an instructor steadying a kickboard for a child in the shallow end

The water itself

UV-purified, not just chlorinated

The whole pool passes the UV lamps every few hours, and the light inactivates bacteria, viruses and the chlorine-tolerant parasites that shut community pools down. What you notice is what is missing: a fraction of the chemicals, no sting, no chlorine smell on the drive home.

90°F, all year

Small bodies lose heat far faster than grown-up ones — in a backyard or neighborhood pool at 82°F a six-month-old is shivering long before the lesson ends, and a cold, tense child learns nothing. 90°F is the temperature learn-to-swim programs hold for babies and toddlers. We hold it every day of the year.

  • Dedicated lifeguard On deck for every session
  • Floor-to-ceiling glass Natural light, parent-friendly view
  • Private changing rooms Family & kid-sized, hair dryers
  • Parent lounge Wi-Fi, coffee, full pool view

Common questions

Parents ask, we answer

At what age can my child start?
We welcome swimmers as young as 6 months with a parent. From 2 years they can join the Starfishes group on their own. Our age-based progression means every child gets a program that fits where they are right now.
How long until my child can swim on their own?
It varies by age, personality and prior experience — but most kids who attend twice a week pass "Tadpoles" (comfortable underwater, back floating) within 8–12 weeks. By 6 months, most are swimming short distances with basic technique.
What if my child is afraid of water?
That's what we're best at. Our beginner programs (Starfishes, Tadpoles) are built around trust — submersion games, floating, and lots of patience. No child is ever forced into anything.
Do you offer make-up lessons?
Yes — if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, we'll reschedule the session for free. Life happens, and we don't punish it.
Is the pool heated? Indoor or outdoor?
Indoor, standalone and climate-controlled, heated to 90°F (32°C) every day of the year. That is the temperature learn-to-swim programs hold for babies and toddlers — warm enough that a six-month-old stays relaxed through a whole lesson instead of shivering through half of it, and still comfortable for a ten-year-old swimming laps. Huge glass walls, tons of natural light, no weather to work around.
How is the water cleaned?
By ultraviolet light, on top of a light chemical treatment. The whole pool circulates past UV lamps that inactivate bacteria, viruses and the chlorine-tolerant parasites chlorine alone is slow against, so the water needs only a fraction of the chemicals a backyard or community pool runs on. What families notice: clear water, no stinging eyes, and no chlorine smell in the car on the way home.
How do you handle safety?
Every session has a dedicated lifeguard on deck in addition to your instructor. All instructors are Red Cross WSI certified, CPR/AED trained, and background-checked. Max 3 swimmers per teacher in group lessons.
Can I watch my child's lesson?
Absolutely — we have a parent lounge with a full view of the pool, Wi-Fi, and coffee. Watch live, or drop off and come back. Your call.
What do we need to bring?
Swimsuit, towel, goggles (we sell them at cost if you forget). For kids not fully potty-trained: an approved swim diaper. Everything else — kickboards, noodles, fins — we provide.
