  • Back floating to rest

    A back float your child can use to rest and breathe, the water-safety skill the others lean on.

  • Getting air while swimming

    Taking a breath mid-swim, then carrying on toward the wall.

  • Heading for a safe exit

    Moving through deeper water toward the wall or another safe way out.

Comfortable underwater already

For children who go under happily and are now learning to get air while swimming away from the wall.

Up to 4 swimmers per coach

Shorter activities and a teaching style suited to younger swimmers.

30 minutes at 90°F

Short, active classes in an indoor pool held warm all year.

  • Super Frogs and Ducklings teach the same core skills. Super Frogs uses shorter activities suited to younger swimmers.
  • The coach confirms the right level after watching your child swim.

What people ask before they book

What is the difference between Super Frogs and Ducklings?

Both build the same core skills. Super Frogs uses shorter activities and a teaching style for younger children; Ducklings has longer practice segments for older ones.

Does Super Frogs teach water safety?

Yes: floating to rest, getting air and moving toward the wall. Lessons are one layer of protection, alongside close adult supervision.

My child goes underwater but can’t swim yet. Is this the class?

From underwater to the wall

Bring a swimsuit, goggles and a towel. The coach watches your child swim and confirms the right level on the first day.
